Privacy Policy

Last updated July 19, 2026. TinyHomeNavigator collects limited information through forms, essential site operations, and optional analytics. This policy explains what may be collected, why it is used, which providers may process it, and how visitors can control optional technologies.

Information you submit may include your name, email address, phone number, property address or APN, project type, budget range, timeline, and the research question you choose to share.

Form information is used to respond to requests, route questions, operate the professional directory, prevent spam, maintain request records, and improve educational content. Do not submit sensitive legal, financial, medical, tax, title, or entitlement documents.

Technical information may include IP-derived security signals, browser or device details, referral pages, visited pages, approximate location, and interactions. Some security information may be hashed or retained only long enough to prevent abuse.

Service providers may include Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Supabase for database services, Resend for email delivery, Microsoft Clarity for optional session analytics, and Google for Analytics and advertising technology.

Google may use cookies, device information, and other data when Google Analytics or Google advertising products operate. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Optional analytics and advertising storage are denied by default through the site's privacy controls until a visitor accepts optional cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the site's educational content and tools.

TinyHomeNavigator does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as sharing. Visitors can reject optional cookies or reopen Privacy choices at any time.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational records, security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by provider and record type.

Visitors may request access, correction, or deletion of information they submitted by using the Contact page. Identity or request details may need to be verified before a privacy request is completed.

The site is intended for a general audience researching property projects and is not directed to children under 13.
